Join us for bi-weekly line dive sessions at Little Beach, Nelson Bay. Each session is 2 hours long, designed to help you refine your freediving skills in a calm, supportive environment.
Pre-Dive Ritual:
We start with 30 minutes of goal setting, guided relaxation, and stretching to prepare you mentally and physically for the dive. This ensures that you can focus on your personal objectives for the session.
In-Water Practice:
Dive for 2 hours with a setup tailored to your goals. Whether you're refining basic techniques or practicing advanced skills, the session is customized to suit your needs. You’ll have access to various equipment, including no-fin lanyards and nose clips for specialized training.
Post-Dive Debrief:
After the dive, we take 20 minutes for a detailed debrief to discuss your performance, challenges, and progress. We’ll also help you set targets for future sessions.
